What is the difference between 0% versus Disabled weighted remote sensor averaging?

Setting the weighting for a Master thermostat to '0%':

This tells the Master thermostat to NOT use its internal temperature sensor unless the external sensor(s) fail. At which point the thermostat will automatically re-active its internal sensor and control the room to its internal sensor’s reading.

Setting the weighting for a Master thermostat to 'Disabled':

This tells the Master thermostat to NEVER use its internal temperature sensor.
