Is there a purge cycle at the end of a heating or cooling cycle?

Yes.

What is the default sequence?

1 – 3 min (Default): The fan will remain enabled for at least one (1) minute after each heating or cooling cycle. Unless there is a supply sensor, then the purge cycle will be extended to up to three (3) minutes or until the supply air temperature is within 15°F of the space temperature, whichever occurs first.

For example, after a cooling cycle, if the space temperature is 75°F, the purge cycle will remain active until the discharge air temperature is 90°F or three (3) minutes has elapsed, whichever occurs first.

Can I adjust the Fan Purge configuration?
