Adjust the Heat Set-Point: By setting the heat set-point lower than the room temperature, the thermostat will turn OFF heating until the room temperature drops above the new heat set-point.
Changing the System Mode: By changing the thermostat’s System to OFF or COOL, heating will remain OFF until the thermostat is manually or scheduled back to having a heat set-point.
