How do I lock and unlock a thermostat’s keypad?

Steps to Lock or Unlock the Keypad

1. Navigate to the Thermostat’s Group
   • Log in to your Pelican Web-App.
   • Locate the group containing the thermostat you wish to adjust.
2. Select the Thermostat
   • From the group’s list of devices, select the thermostat you want to configure.
3. Adjust Keypad Settings
   • On the thermostat control screen, find the option labeled “Front Keypad.”
   • Use the associated padlock icon or button to toggle the setting:
     • Set to “LOCKED” to disable the keypad.
     • Set to “UNLOCKED” to enable the keypad.

Tip

You can schedule automatic locking or unlocking of the keypad at specific times using the Events Calendar feature for added convenience.
