The Power Control Module has two components: a Low Voltage Wireless Antenna and a Line Voltage Power Relay Module. The Power Relay Module is installed into an electrical sub-panel or junction box and has five dry contact relays, which can be scheduled to turn On and Off. The Wireless Antenna is installed outside of the electrical sub-panel or junction box and communicates with Pelican’s wireless mesh network. All scheduling and management is done Online through the Pelican Web App.

Always in control
Right from your smartphone or PC, take complete control of your outside lights, pumps, valves, or any other electrical load. Know what is running and what is not. Never be out of control of your electrical circuits again.
Virtual Scheduling
With full Online visibility, you have a complete scheduling platform for your electrical systems. Manage your lights with auto dusk and dawn schedules. Make sure your boiler, chiller, and/or cooling tower is running on schedule, or that pumps or valves are active. Simple, intuitive, and in control.

Common Usage
Because the PM5-120/240 uses dry contact relays, you can manage turning any type of electrical load on or off. Most commonly we see the PM5 used for lighting, valve, pumps, and exhaust fan management.

Online Monitoring and Scheduling
The PM5 is fully Internet enabled. From the Pelican Web App, you can schedule and manually turn On/Off each of the (5) dry contact relays. Label relays based on their function.
Historical Trend Data
With the PM5 connected to the Internet you can view whether each relay is energized or not. This is a great feedback. You always know your building is operating the way you want.
Dry Contact Connections
Each PM5 (5) relay is a simple dry contact. Relays can close and energize any circuit up to their ratings. If the energized current is above the relay rating, install a second relay in between the electrical load.
Momentary Input Manual Override
The PM5 can accept a simple momentary switch for manual overriding a relay. Pressing the momentary switch will flip the dry contact relay into the opposite position. From the Pelican Web App, you can enable how long the relay stays flipped if manually overridden.
