• Create a new Pelican Site.
    The information below will be used to build a new site for the Pelican Gateway you installed. Please make sure the gateway has power and an active Internet connection before proceeding.

  • Found on the sticker on the right side of the gateway.

  • Create a unique site name to identify your Pelican solution. This name will be used to identify and access your solution through any web browser.

  • Enter the customer's NV Energy account number.

  • This email address will be the Login Name for the administrator of this site.

  • Enter the install location's Postal/Zip code. This is used to set the correct time zone for the site.

  • Select the location type that best represents where the system is installed.
