What does a thermostat unreachable notification mean?
You will receive this notification if a thermostat has not communicated on the Pelican wireless network for 4 hours.
For this notification to occur the follow must be set for that thermostat:
- Notification Sensitivity set to High
- Notification Sensitivity set to Custom and Notify if Unreachable set to Yes.
Notification sensitivity is set for each thermostat under that thermostat’s Thermostat Configuration.
